I originate, structure and own real assets at the intersection of capital, AI and human performance. My conviction is that the most valuable assets of the next two decades will be defined not only by location or yield, but by whether people demonstrably live, recover and age better in them.

How I work

I identify opportunities before the market fully understands them, translate them into investable propositions, and participate beyond fees through equity, carry and direct ownership.

I have been an owner and investor in land, including as co-owner of an island development in the Pearl Islands, Panama. I learned frontier origination there, and I learned governance the hard way. Both inform how I work now.

I work with family offices, entrepreneurs, operators and capital partners who want differentiated real-asset exposure that combines capital preservation with genuine human relevance.
